Plastic into Paper is an eco friendly project where we take an existing product in the market place that is made out of plastic and then I planned to redesign it's packaging to be more eco friendly. With this project we had to either remake it out of cardboard or paper. For this project I chose to redesign Primark women's underwear packs. Theres hundreds and hundreds of them in their stores and I for one know that once the underwear is bought and taken home, the packs are emptied and thrown into the bin. Therefore, I felt it was important to redesign this particular piece of packaging to help make an already extremely popular brand in the UK, that much more environmentally friendly and aware.
